SparkyTales does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers.All data created or used by the app:
- Is stored locally on your device
- May be synchronized across your own devices using Apple iCloud
- Remains under your control at all timesWe do not collect analytics, tracking data, advertising identifiers, or usage statistics.
2. Use of iCloud
SparkyTales uses Apple iCloud to sync app data across your devices.- iCloud sync is provided and secured by Apple
- We do not have access to your iCloud data
- Data is not shared with the developer or third partiesUse of iCloud is subject to Apple’s own privacy and security policies.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Story Generation
SparkyTales generates bedtime stories using Apple’s Foundation Models framework.- Story generation is performed on device
- No prompts or generated content are sent to external servers
- No data is used for training models outside your device
4. Children’s Privacy
SparkyTales is intended for young children and should be used under the supervision of parents or guardians.- The app does not collect personal information from children
- There are no ads, trackers, or external communications
- No user accounts or sign-in are required
5. Data Deletion
You are fully in control of your data.- App data can be deleted at any time from within the app
- Deleting data also removes any related iCloud-synced content
- No data remains with the developer after deletion
6. Third-Party Access
SparkyTales does not share data with third parties.The only external service used is Apple iCloud, which is governed by Apple’s privacy policies.
